Ive never removed a seatbelt in my kj ,but i.m pretty certain that seatbelt pre-tensioners are fitted,and they contain explosives so take care.I'm sure someone on here who works in a bodyshop will tell you the correct/safe procedure.

Kosbin, People on here including myself could get parts from dealership and send them to you but the postage would make it very expensive,a good auto store should be able to get most parts for you,pads ,discs,servicing parts ect.But some parts are dealer only.

I agree with Marlon jb2 sounds like vibes are either wheels out of balance or warped front brake discs,try getting wheels balanced first though its cheaper and easier. And if car only pulls over to the side every so often then keep in mind that roads have a camber on them to aid water drainage...
