Rear Gate Squeak

I have read several threads here about squeaks. My 05 squeaks inside the rear gate. I can remove the access panel and reach my hand in and press down on the bottom of the door and the squeak will stop. Any ideas on how to stop the squeak on a permanent basis? Thanks!
