Somewhere between being sane and insane!
If not done before or unknown history..................

Replace every single fluid(coolant, brake fluid,trans,diffs,t-case,PS fluid),replace spark plugs, replace serp belt and tensioner.

All are due by time or mileage.

I will always say.. have a full point safety inspection done before you buy it to start with.
Have a proper pro ODD2 scan done for any codes.
If the owner or lot does not have full history, having a car fax, no accidents leans etc is important to.
With no history and those miles, all fluids should be changed out.
Pressurization test w/ new thermostat w/Hoat coolant, rear diff serviced, front & rear transfer cases, transmission serviced, power steering flush (Atf+4) Even new brake fluid DOT3 if it fails a brake fluid test strip.
Timing chain is life of motor, water pumps can be checked for flow but last a long time if the right hoat coolant used.
Alternator same but check output voltages and battery, load test it.

I'd say a 12-14 year old Jeep with that low of miles needs to be driven more!

No seriously, just sitting there is not helpful to the vehicle at all. Check any rubber components for dry rot, cracking, brittleness, etc.

When I picked up the 03 last fall I went through it all.
All new fluids, filters, spark plugs ( which was good since they had crappy plats in it) in diffs, transfer case , drained , flushed and filled cooling system etc
Also put it up on stands and went through all of the hoses underneath, and then around the engine
It only had 81,000 miles but found some dried out/ cracked hoses etc

Brakes all depends on where you drive, how you drive etc. I generally get about 100,000 out of a set of brakes on the KJs but some only get 50-60,000 due to riding the brakes more or always stop and go intown
Oil fill cap will look black but do you have a picture??

Ok, so I went over the car and noticed too much rust on the frame & door bottom. the engine compartment was covered with a film of oil. Overall the car was lookin worn out. The engine had a bad miss, so with all that ... I told the seller that it wasnt a 64k car. The odometer & plastic screen looked so new yet the rest of the car looked like a 250k car. so off I went!:signs16:
