Ordered third set of wheels today getting them installed in a few hrs at Discount/America's tire. the aluminum MB Razors are rubbing the lower ball joint bolt end when turning. I had to get the Black steel Cragar 15x8 with 4" BS this the third set Im trying hope these work. I really liked the MB's to bad but im not grinding off a couple threads to make them fit

Update:
Well the cragar 15x8's w/4" bs did not work they rubbed to on the lwr cntrl arm bushing bolt :Frustrated: not as much as the MB razors. so Discount/America's tire did some searching found these they have a -30 offset so they should fit.
they are 15x8 it's gonna cost me $60.00 more cause that's the difference in wheel price of MB razor. I can live with that.
hoping these fit don't see why not w/-30 offset

What'd I do today? Well, umm....lessee- replaced MAP sensor, installed a G-Force chip, replaced assorted old, leaky vacuum lines, and oh yeah- a rear diff! It was ready to fall out on its own, so I thought I'd give it a little help. Nothing 160,000 miles can't wear out!

Replaced the steering rack-to-frame bushings.

Now THAT was a total pain in the :favorites68: - would've been just as much work to replace the entire rack.

For those of you keeping score: No, it didn't fix the thunks when turning corners :Frustrated:

It makes a tedious job seem a lot better when it works out. Sorry it didn't this time. :icon_frown:

Very nice looking! :)

it's also interesting to see how the lighting makes the Jeep look like it's two different colors. If it weren't for the decals I would have assumed they were two different Jeeps.

Took it to get coffee this morning. As we were settling back in, a 2-yr-old boy and his grandparents walked in front of us.

The boy pointed at the Jeep and said "beep". When they pulled him a bit to keep going, he pulled back, pointed again and said, louder this time, "BEEP".

It was really cute....and obvious that he will be a Jeep owner in the future ;)
