I'm taking my front driveshaft out to replace the rear CV and I got the transfercase end loose. The diff end, I started taking out a bolt and some fluid started coming out (not a drip quite...but it was following the threads on the bolt). I ran it back down because I thought that the diff was sealed? Any thoughts- I'd really appreciate it!

The yokes on both ends of the driveshaft are separate from the guts of the T-case and the front diff. Some fluid seeps out of the CV's but nothing to be worried about.

block the wheels on both sides and put T case in neutral. You dont want it rolling on top of you while underneath.

Lift or not, you wont fit under the front diff.
