Getting ready to order the General AT/2's That most people have spoke highly of on here. They are 82.00 a piece. The only problem is I see two types of tires Sizes:

"215 75-16 - It says ORIGINAL equipment

and " 235/70-16 - Original Option

Can someone tell me what these numbers refer to?

Those two sizes are the sizes that come on Libertys from the factory. The 215 is the base size, and the 235 is the factory option size. 235/70 fits fine. i think you can actually go to 235/75 and still not have any trouble on stock height, but I'm not sure on that.

235/70's will fit just fine - I was running those before my lift.

To answer your question, the first number of a tire size is the tread width in millimeters, and the second number is the aspect ratio, or how tall the sidewall is in reference to the tread width. So a 235 tire is 235/25.4 = 9.25 in. tread width, and the sidewall height is 70% of the tread width, or 9.25 x 70% = 6.5 in. The actual measurements will vary slightly between manufacturers, but not enough to worry about.

You can't get any good cheap tires, or truly great tires for the Limited with these damn 17" rims.

I want to buy Revos but they only 17" they come in that I believe will fit is 235/75 and I do worry about clearance since I am not going to lift it and I already have 17" rims. General Grabber AT2s are out as the ONLY 17" is a 265/70. They would never fit...or am I wrong.

You are right. 265/70 barley fit on my 2" lift. Some trimming and such stopped the rubbing.
He's talking about 265/70/17... and that's a 32" tire. No... that's not gonna fit very well.
