I installed a EVIC from a 2004 GC, and like expected the temp. doesnt work. Are the temp sensors different on the GC then on the Liberty? If so if i got a GC temp sensor would the temp display on the EVIC work??

did you get the inserts from ebay??

I have to second what Jeger posted. one hand on the wheel and the other on the shifter (even tho its an auto). All my other trucks/car were 5 spd. If i dont have it on the shifter im doing something else.

yeah im up here in the "sticks"... 8-[ I tried calling the local salvage/ junk yards up here asking for a EVIC from a libby....if i would have know about it working out of a GC i would of asked about them too... ](*,) my interior is a tanish...grayish color...maybe taupe?? I dont need...

Well i found a whole set front and rear on jparts.com for 250 something. I guess they are kinda like neoprene....i guess that will have to do for now.

No i dont think you have to remove any screws. I didnt have to on my sirius. Sorry i misunderstood your first post.

Call Sirius and let them know. They might give you a new one and mark that one as faulty.
