    How do i mount a set of KC Hilites on my stock bumper?

    This is how I did mine. I welded plates to to bumper bar, I had to remove some of the plastic behind the cover for the plates to fit, I cut slots in the cover behind the lights in case I want to remove the cover without removing the lights. They are wired with a relay through the park lamps.

    Mine seems to make the clunk warm or cold. Ordered the rack bushings from RockAuto 27.00 shipped got them in two days, plan on changing later this week.

    Aux lights

    Here are some pics of the aux fog lamps I mounted on our "06 Libby. If I want I can change out to a driving lamp, they are switched and relayed through the park lamps.

    Does anyone else have a knocking sound from the steering at low speed while turning? this is driving me nuts ! All susp. and steering are tight new frt. shocks, 143,000 mi.

    help with a leak

    Maybe the heater core? I'd have to look at mine to see where the heat hoses run through the firewall. Is the carpet wet anywhere? Is the windshield fogging in the defrost setting? Keep looking.

    Rad time

    Looks like this makes three of us, mine has the same crack,leak. Went to NAPA and purchased a replacement, will do the install this week. My KJ has the external trans cooler, all the replacement rads have the internal cooler, just plug the openings.
