Steering knock

Does anyone else have a knocking sound from the steering at low speed while turning? this is driving me nuts ! All susp. and steering are tight new frt. shocks, 143,000 mi.

No knock,some squeal turning LTB's. Have you thought it might be CV joints. If it was just a single knock look at the bushings in the rack.
