Thanks Rocky. A mid-week project for me now that I've got your guidance.

So what's effed-up on the front of your Jeep?

What did you use to press them out? and more importantly how are your vibes?

Can use a vice and regular sockets if you have them
I have even replaced ujoints out 4 wheeling using a hammer and sockets
no need for "special " tools

Not the mountains.
Washed her off after being away 8 months. She still looks great. Now I just need to acquire a Frankie and some tires.:favorites13:

I didn't used any of the cups that those arrows point to.

as for the vibes. pretty much just changed them. I think it's up front now. Because of the new u-joints I can focus more on the steering wheel vibration I'm getting. The front of my KJ is effed.

If you need a hand with it, let me know..

Took the wifes 02 to the dealership today to find out why there is no heat. I was told the heater core is bad, $1,050 to replace it. Told them no thanks. My sister in law just spent over $800 to get hers replaced.

man, I've been seeing a lot of posts about "heater issues" on here lately...really hoping it's just because winter is coming and people are turning on the heat after not using it for a season, and not one of those "we're all going to have the same problem at once times" lol

Wow, can't say I blame you. I'd have to just toss some extra layers of clothing in the Jeep for cold days if I was in that situation, or consider purchasing something like this.

Well, luckily we park in the garage. I thought about a heater that plugs into the cigarette lighter, but I dont think it would put out enough heat to do any good.

Mounted a pair of Maglites inside my KJ last night.

Steel zip-tied a Maglite Mini to the driver's side seat bracket, and mounted a 3 D-cell Maglite to the bottom of my cargo rack using Maglite mounts.
