Seemed like the Ignition was getting pretty sticky/tight...
Used silicone spray down the lock cylinder, and & bit of ATF+4 onto key.
Much better now.

Time to clean & lube the door hinges again, drying out and squeaky.
The black accordian wire hider was almost pure white. Looks better now with back to black used.
No more squeaks, just a bit of ATF+4 for lube there.

Took my time & cleaned up all the front pulleys using silicone spray.
Some rust forming especially on the steering pulley. Poor paint job if ya ask me.
Like the gates belt a lot..Tight gates tensioner hanging in there!

Did a silicone sealant repair job on the drivers side front speaker, hopefully will last until I can afford a new one. Good thing I have lots of those plastic door panel fasteners. Kinda praying the door panel itself doesn't break too...

New exhaust arrived. Too much house stuff to put in today. Maybe tomorrow after the landscaping and dropping a few trees.

Ain't that always the case... :favorites68:

The flat tire Trifecta for me has always been:

1) On The freeway
2) In the rain
3) After dark

Why don't they ever go flat on a nice sunny day in the parking lot outside an aerobics studio frequented by supermodels?

The rumble-strip is the only thing keeping them on the road.

Swapped out the spark plugs on the KJ. NGK out, NGK in.

Those I put in back in 2015, probably had about 30k on them. I used to do them every other year then but now the KJ gets about 8-9k miles a year, so probably could go 3 years. Seems to idle a bit smoother. The best of the old ones had a .047" gap, but most were .052-.055. Changing spark plugs makes me nervous, paranoid about them breaking or stripping something out!

You should do my job, some of the plug changes get pretty dicey when it takes 30mins to get 1 plug to un-thread from the total lack of maintenance.
