trails to ride in south east NY

hi folks, im bob, a newbie jeep owner. im looking for places in the hudson valley in NY to take my liberty off-roading. nothing too tight, dont wanna scratch it up just yet! LOL any suggestions? anyone ever hear of tug hill plateau?
