Smittybilt I-Rack

Does anybody know if the Smittybilt I-Rack mount will fit through the stock 17" Chrome Clad wheel?

I want to get this mount for my Hi-lift & can, but it says will only fit through 2.5" + Center bore

I can't say for sure, but that seems like alot of extra weight for the stock spare tire mount...

Highly doubt it, did you measure the center bore on whatever wheels you have now?? If stock then no , soft 8s etc then yes it would

Yeah way to much weight.The stock spare tire mount(and door) was only designed for 50lbs.

Oh well if he wants to mount it on and actually mount things to it, then yes would never hold up after one trip :happy175:

I thought it would be fine, never thought about the weight capacity. I carry around a fuel can tied down to the spare already so I figured it wouldnt be too bad. + I found this pic searching for racks lol!

When is cow season? We got plenty around here. It would be easy pickings - they don't move all that fast and they're a pretty good-sized target. :happy175:

No since you'd have to do something about the hinges and latch also and that would mean major modifications.
