Power window problem

My rear drivers side rear window is not working on my 04 Liberty. Seems like the motor is running, but is somehow disengaged from the window track mechanism. After a quick trip to carcomplaints.com, it looks like this is a common problem. Is there a good fix?

The 1st thing I did was do a search. I didn't find anything either. I have a line on a fix from this company:
