Depends on what you want them for
if only for looks sure they'll be fine
if you want to use them there are much better ones available

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
If you want some real light for offroad I'd be looking at HID Offroad lights or Vision X's LED lightbars.Nothing comes close to those and the amp draw is nothing compared to what one 130watt bulb requires with 10 times the light output. Not cheap but will last longer and overall a better value.

Someone here tried those lights ?

Here's the link
4 130 WATT JEEP CJ YJ WRANGLER FOG/DRIVING LIGHTS LAMPS 2 WIRE KITS 4 130 WATT BULBS 2 50 AMP RELAYS & SWITCHES

are they good or should I play safe and buy hella 500 ?

I prefer the look of those lights on ebay but if they arent good then will go with Hella

Go for the Hella 500 Free form lamps. They will out perform that fleabay crap 100 to 1 and actually throw light down the road/trail!

You can have 1,000,000W of light in front ,left ,right and back
Of your Jeep but if you and/or your spotter can not see your tires
then it is all a waste
Also all you will do is blind the guy in front of you
When I wheeled at night ,stopped after a few breaks on easy trails
I ran head lights up front
A single Hella 550 under the front bumper to light the front wheels
Another rear center to light the middle and a 3rd at the ground in the rear
kept me and others happy and should I break I could see to fix it

Allot of people add additional lights to their vehicle to enhance the appearance of their Rig.
Not to mention that there are allot of off highway/backcountry roads where it's nice to have the extra lighting but no need for "Rock lights".
Also, I fold my rear view mirror up and out of the way at night and the side view mirrors get aimed down so the light doesn't bother the driver.
