I agree with you, I had some wide black tape and did mine a couple of years ago just to see how it would look. My wife seemed to think it looked way too mean though.
I came up behind her and a friend in a Prelude at a stop light. She said all you could see was the ARB and those evil looking eyes!
I took them off to make her happy

I do like the look of the eyelids but not something I'd do personally, unless I could find them to match my body color. The mismatch of color would bug me too much.

I like that bar too but again, I'd need to have it body color or black.

we were talking at work about this.. and we think that the bumper shape of the pre 05 libbys and the large fog lamps contributes..

wouldnt look right on mine..

otherwise id try it

i went to jc...i cant find it anywhere im sooo pissed..also do u know about the eyelids? do u think i can use a vw beatle eyelid for it or a dodge neon one???

for the bull bar if you dont want the westin one (it doesnt have to have the aluminum plate in it) you might just have to watch craigs list..

the eyelids are just vinyl tape.. electrical tape would work. or you can go to your local vinyl shop ( they make signs and stickers) and have them help you.

dont let them charge you more than $10 for that vinly 5-7 would be a fair price. will take about 5 mins to install and shoudl come off without damaging your headlights.
