In need of mods!!

So far I've gotten a 3" rough country lift kit. Bigger tires. ARB front bumper. 8000 lb winch. Looking for ideas. Wacha guys got??

Moab wheels, matching rear bumper, legit rock rails, upgrade stereo system (HU and speakers), being you're in AK, and darkness loves you guys a lot of the year, how about some upgraded lighting, mounted to the ARB?

Something like a pair of 6" rounds in the front, maybe a set of 4 smaller lights up on a crossbar on the roof.

Oh and a roof basket, so that if you hit any edible wildlife, you can just toss them up there on the roof to haul back to basecamp.

I guess it depends on what you need or want your KJ to do, and what it currently cannot do for you.

I would say lights, also re gear to 4.10's. You could also port and polish your own throttle body.

I was going to mention that, but I figured I'd let someone else be THAT guy :happy175:
I'd for sure get a better lift, especially since you have the ARB and you're wanting to add more to that RC suspension it'll sag in no time
You really want to make sure you have a good foundation to build up on before you add heavy stuff to the KJ
What people have already mentioned are good mods
Other than that you could jot down some ideas on fabbing up something and have some unique parts, maybe build something that could benefit others as well and sell it!

First you HAVE TO GET RID OF THE RC lift:Insane::Bye::favorites68:
Its junk plus will never hold the an ARB bumper/ winch etc
SO go back and start right , then you can start doing real mods:gr_grin:

UHF Radio. Having one is essential where I live but its still good to have in more built up areas, even just to chat with the truckies and find out where the speed cameras are . I see youre in Alaska, so yea, id be getting one for those times when youre out of mobile phone range.

edit; depending on how much off roading you do, front lockers are always good.
