I have used HID's in the past from Baja Designs for off road motorcycle racing but I have no experience with LED's.

LED's all the way.
But....................
Don't skimp on the LED's,get the good ones from Rigid and Vision X.Night and day difference from the clones out there at 1/4 of the price of the real thing.

Led all the way. No amp draw. And you fry anyone or thing in your way. Amazon has fantastic prices. 120 is very very bright. No need for more unless you want to light up the world.
