Best place from Front Driveshaft

So just got this beast and the guy tells me when buying the cv in the front driveshaft is bad. He neglects to tell me he took the driveshaft out already. Where is the best place to get a new driveshaft if I can't get the old one to rebuild back from him or should I even try to rebuild it? Luckily this thing was cheap and a toy for me.

Driveshaft & CV Joint Components has the rebuild kit if you can get it back
if not junk yard/ craigslist for a used one

He would be paying for a new driveshaft if I couldn't get the part back from him...

Yeah already contacted him and told him I need it now. No local junkyards are showing so hoping he shows up with it. He said he was getting it rebuilt.

So got the driveshaft back from the guy and the rear facing CV Joint is dead. I believe this is the part but says for 03-06 so just want to make sure it will be ok on the 02.

That's the one for the transfer case end of the front driveshaft .
