    Bingo, that box is just a universal light kit. What the original poster asked about and what I posted an example of is a light bar which mounts between the outer fender humps and allows any light setup to be mounted.

    I've got the PIE unit which converts the CD changer input into an RCA jack. Kind of bulky looking but fit behind the head unit/center dash cover without issue.

    You can buy straps with looped ends (not metal hooks) in most auto parts stores and at walmart. Look in the section with the tie-downs.
