Tom. If using the factory liberty 16 inch wheel. What kind of spacer would I need with a 3 in lift running the 265/70

The difference in size is throwing the abs all out of wack. Bing the rears are smaller the computer is sensing a sliding wheel up front because it is turning fewer revelation per mile. So dangerous. Yes. If you go to hit the brakes it won't apply as much presure to the front because the abs...
I belive I have found the problem with the cold morning tic that goes away after the motor warms up some.
Heres how I discovered it. I've had my 05 liberty 3.7 sence the 1st of November. All was fine until the first Simi cool morning. That's when I herd it.. tic tic tic tic. But it went away...
When you go to put it back in. You must put the rear joint on top of the transfer case first. Then the front into the axel. Then bring down the back to go into the transfer case.

Find a shop that uses BG products. Have them run the bg flush through it. A lot of new car dealer us this stuff. It will completely dissolve what's inside. They can even do a new oil flush after the flush to push out all the old oil with new oil with out starting the motor.

Getting ready to do the same on mine. Keeping it stock for now. Money is tight. Rock auto has the Monroe quick struts for 103.00. Gabriel for 118? And moog for 134. Opinions which would be the better of the 3.

No not what the question was about. But let him know by watching it that it is very unlikely to get bent in the process. Plus he thought that the ball joint would come out with the tri link. This showed him that it didn't.

The ball joint is bolted to the top of the rear end. You have to hit the bracket with a heavy hammer to get it released from the tri link. A shop shouldn't charge more than 20 dollor to change out each bushings. This is what you are getting into. Yes it's on a cherokee but its identical to...
On a spacer lift. For every inch of lift add an inch of bump stop. This will keep your shock from bottoming out and damaging them.

The spring is know more compressed on the spacer lift then the stock one. The top shock extension is the same length as the rubber insert at the bottom, 2.5 inches. The spring is still the same length on both shocks. So how can it be compressed more then the stock one?

I've read alot about how people don't like the daystar lift because it compresses the front springs. But it doesn't. The top spacer adds to the length of the shock tube.
To me the spring looks to be the same length. So where is the so called compressed spring?

If it's been sitting a long while like you said. The piston rings are most likely stuck and gummed up. Get some Marvel's mystery oil. Pull the spark plugs and pour a couple of table spoons in each hole. Speen the motor over a couple of times with the plugs out to distribute the oil around...
Would this be considered a bad front cv joint at the front position of the front drive shaft? https://vimeo.com/145362325

Sorry. Ment sway bar. Been up for 27 hrs when I posted this . Plus anybody with any common sense would have figured that out when they read end links after it.

I've been doing a lot of reading when it comes to lift kits. And form what I can tell not one of them tell you that you need to do a redo of the preload on all your pivot bushings. Upper and lower control arms, torsion bar, and rear link arms. If you don't you leave you bushings in a loaded...
