    Thermostat normal or no?

    Hi guys, my temp gauge rarely gets above 1/4, never seen it at half. My heaters work & blow hot air when needed, although on long drives the temp gets to 1/4 and then when I’m slowing down it soon goes back down. Is this normal? What effect is this having? Thank you

    Using more fuel than usual

    Hi guys!! I have a 2.8 crd diesel Appear to be using more fuel than normal, I’ve done oil change air filter etc but still having the issue! Only thing I notice is the engine hardly ever comes up to temperature, could the thermostat be causing more fuel use? Anything else I can check too? Thank you

    MPG

    Hi guys! My trip computer says I’m getting 41mpg on decent journeys and around 32mpg on short journeys. However, the fuel needle doesn’t reflect this and seems to go down pretty fast. Would there be a reason the mpg is saying different to what it actually is? I’ve tried resetting it also...

    Code P0402

    Had this code throw up - with excessive flow detected. (This recently happened after checking my air filter, not realising the housing wasn’t properly tightened) However fast forward, I re tightened the housing but the code now re appears even after having it cleared? Unsure what to do next!

    Spotlight install

    Anyone know where I can pull the wiring through from the engine to the drivers cabin? Is there a side that’s easier? Just need to pull the wiring through to install a switch for the spotlights(new to this) thank you

    Dashboard beeps

    Beeping/dings from the dashboard - I have the tiny display on the headliner that displays mpg ect but nothing ever shows up when it dings?? I have no warning lights either No idea what the ding noises mean. Thank you

    Fumes in the cab

    Hi guys! Often I’ll get fumes/exhaust gas that I can smell from inside the jeep. For example when I’m idling & I can smell things from the outside a lot more than I think I should. It’s always when I have the vents blowing out air. Are there any filters? Any recommendations? Thank you

    Engine noise

    Hi guys! When idling the jeep will make a clicking noise every couple seconds, it’s spaced apart but it’s a single click. Sounds like something primes & then clicks. Is this normal? Not a clue what it is. lol thanks guys

    Fog lights

    Hiya guys, anyone know why my front fog lights are on when I have my normal lights on? They don’t go off. Also when I pull the stalk out, to put the rear fogs on, they don’t come on. (Bulbs are fine) Not a clue what’s happening lol thanks guys

    rust and replacement

    Hiya guys, will be cutting out rust and putting in replacement panels on my kj soon, however at the end of the sill at the bottom there appears to be some sort of “cap” or “cover” anyone know what this is and where to find it? On the photo it’s the chunky section at the bottom Thank you

    Rear number plate/UK version

    Anyone know if I can get a smaller number plate or different placement for the rear? Compared to the US models the placement looks awful. I’d rather have the large plastic cover taken off the wheel too. Any ideas? Picture for reference
