Front brake caliper pin problems

Has anyone has had this issue. This is the pin in question,

It was a struggle to get it out of the caliper, and it won't go back in. The black bushing is riding up on the pin as I put it in the caliper,

Have these bushings just swollen and wont stay in place on the pin?

I put a little white Lithium grease on mine.

Doubled over fishing line. Breaks the seal to let the trapped air escape.

It's not trapped air, it's the bushing riding up on the pin and wedging in the hole. 2nd photo.

I went through the exact same thing. Bushing slid up because of air trapped behind it. Fishing line did the trick.

The bushing has grooves on it just for that purpose, to prevent air from getting trapped. Anyway, got a new bushing and pin went in just fine.
