They've got one on the lot near me too, I haven't decided if I like it or not yet. Drove the KJ up into the woods with the family and roasted hotdogs. Nothing too exciting, but always nice to get out. Oh yeah put some stickers on it too.

Must be loaded to the 9 for that price even converted to US Dollars.
From what I understand the top tier gladiator is the Renegade option package, even has forward facing camera +++ at around 62,000 US dollars.
My pic was a lower sport model, but they had upgraded the wheel and tires for showing/test drives.
Only 1 on the lot, hoping for folks to walk in and start taking orders....
Gladiator is still very jeep like. It is tight inside, needs more legroom for the 6' plus crowd, wider leather seats needed too.

I played with pricing on that model, because the price was high even converted to US dollars and aftermarket wheels don't justify the price alone. So I built it up with what options would get it up there, tow package, dual top group, Navigation etc...

I was looking around under the hood of the 02 and found the EVAP test port was loose. I tightened it about one turn. The CEL has been on for a few years due to P0442 code (Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected). I hope this was the reason why.

Where is this port? Wife has the Jeep today and I can't look.

All plugs were light grey/tan colour and still gaped at .040.

I read an article about the Gladiator which said that dealers can't get enough. That is driving the price up.

I'm not surprised the hype building this has been in the works ever since the announcement that a Wrangler Pick-Up was coming and all the photos backing it up. Of course like me most of the people thought it would have been named Scrambler again rather than Gladiator. I wonder if the same thing will happen when the Grand Wagoneer hits the lots.

Interesting look but not for me. Of course I've never been much of a wrangler fan. I'd still rather a Raptor...

I believe there is still a class action lawsuit over the Raptor because of the Frame. Long story short, some owners put the Raptor to the test of what Ford claimed it could do in the commercials of it doing some serious air time. Well they ended up breaking the frames doing the jumps Ford was supposedly doing on TV to show off the Raptor's abilities.

Went to replace the gear shift light. Saw the twist to turn socket and thought I needed to remove it to remove the bulb. Whoops. After 40 minutes of trying to get it back in place with my fat fingers, I gave up, but 2 beers later, I came up with the solution. Used a BBQ skewer into the socket and a hemostat to help me thread it back through. Has anyone had any success with LED's? I've only seen one on Amazon that will fit close to the original.

There are 4-5 other models of vehicles I would buy before that
After 45 years of Jeep ownership, when these 3 KJs die, I'm done

My issue with a Jeep truck is that if it has the tow capacity of a JK or JL, its not useful.

Who wants to tow 2000 - 3500 lbs with a jeep truck, I could have kept the KJ to meet or exceed those specs.
