Lots of stuff going down with the Jeep...
Already done:
1) Front crank seal
2) Water pump
3) Passenger lower ball joint
4) Tensioner/belt
5) New rad cap
Semi-done:
1) IRO rear upper control arm
On the way:
1) New rear springs
2) New rear shocks
3) Axle bearings and seals for both sides in the rear
4) Solid diff cover
5) Steering rack with new outer tie rods
6) MOPAR valve cover gaskets
Already done:

leaking at the valve?
Noticed some fluid when I took the boots off the do the tie rods. It's not making any noises or anything but it's something to keep in mind.

replaced the blower motor resistor today, not bad for 2 in 11 years
I'd say ignore it until you start noticing a significant fluid level drop or, like you mentioned, the noises start. :gr_grin:
Took the wife's van in to the dealer for an 8.95 oil change (bought a service package when we bought it new - now has 205k on it - sticking it to the man...) and they found a ripped inner tie rod boot. There was a bit of fluid in there but nothing too bad to me and we never have had to add fluid. Said we needed a new rack for 1800. I laughed (really I did). I pulled the outer and slipped on a new boot. That was 8 months ago and still never had to add fluid. Problem solved with a 8 dollar boot and some zip ties. :Insane:
Knock on wood, I've had to add fluid once or twice in the going on 10 years I've had it. I'm not loosing sleep over it:happy175:
The fluid that came out was a build up of like 12 years lol. Never had a boot off till now.
You know, for nearly 200,000 miles on the body and 12,000 of that being on the new engine so far, I kept up my interior very nicely now that I take a step back and look at it.

As long as you take care of them, my 04 that I bought new looked that good or better with over 221,000 miles, well did the last time I seen inside of it

Finally changed spark plugs and coils. Surprised it ran with 92k on stock plugs.

Drove it out to the brand new Cabelas which opened two days ago. I saw many marvelous things. Too bad all the banks in town are closed or I might have had to rob a couple of them.

So give us a review of the new Cabela's!
I've been to the one in Wheeling a few times and to a bunch of Bass Pro Shops - just wondering if it's worth a 90 minute drive to Cabela's. We have a couple of really good fishing stores within 30 minutes of me.
Like I really need to spend money on fishing equipment - I have a KJ to support :gr_grin:
