How would I get a scanner, Dave?

The carfax checked out clean. The only thing that would be reported to them is dmv stuff and dealership stuff though right?

I would think that if a regular part failed they would have taken it to the dealer because it is still under warrenty

Yep...just routine dealer maintenance and such.

Haha, I'm going to call my banker tomorrow and see what he thinks, because as we all know, he's the one that calls the shots. I don't think he will have any problem though, seeing as how I could just send it back.
