Window issues

So i know i have read about this on this board before but i have a 2002 liberty limited and the drivers side rear window stopped working and now will not go up or down like it is off the track. i have been told it is the actuator by more than one person, does anyone know what parts i would need and how much it should cost? i apreciate any thoughts on the subject

Dont buy from Chrysler they are expensive. Seen them on ebay remanufactured they are about $54 plus $45 shipping but the best part is he gives you a prepaid postage to send the old one back and refunds you $30 form the shipping.
