Is it associated to the serpentine belt or accessories/ pulley issues ?
Or power steering ?
What you can do is remove the belt and start it up momentarily.
If it is then quiet, shutt it off asap.
Then spin the accessories including the tensioner pulleys, and look for what is the offender.
You may just need a new belt & tensioner assembly ?
You can also use a mechanical stethoscope to assist in locating the noisy pulley.
