So occasionally I see a puddle of water behind my jeep on the drivers side, like this:

The weird thing is that it hasn't rained in my area in 2+ days. I also drove it those two days, so wouldn't it have drained then? I tried locating a source, but the water was collecting on the bottom of the bumper, and dripping from there. Is this a Liberty thing? Is there a drain somewhere I should try blowing out from the top? I smelled it, and it doesn't smell like anything except water, so I don't think it's a leaking washer line or any precious fluid like gas.

EDIT: I should also note it has only today gotten cold enough to freeze, and was 50-60F on Monday so it's not like this has been sitting frozen and only now thawing. I also checked my bottles of distilled water in my trunk area, and they all seem to be not leaking. I'm worried that there appears to be some area in the body that can collect ~1/2 gallon of water and then randomly discharge it a few days later, and I'd like to avoid that, as any water that can sit there, can lead to rust.

I often get water on the left side of my RHD 2002 CRD but that is from driving around in hot weather with the air-con running.

Doubt that is your problem at his time of the year though for you!

Yeah, it's just so weird because I even parked it during the two days in the sloped parking lot of my local liquor store, which you would think would have made it drain, instead of the flat parking lot at work.

Look at the bright side, you are warm enough to have water dripping, not around here!

The only place that I can think about that may store a half a gallon somewhere would be inside the rear tailgate.

Oh, there has been an icicle there a few times. I opened the tailgate Sunday to look at the possibility of trying to pop out the area around the handle(it's indented like the door swung open and pushed the handle in.) So I had my hand inside that little poppable panel and didn't feel any moisture. But I will check again.

Parking outside a liquor store, could have been someone relieving themselves?

The photo was outside where I work. The liquor store is one of the places I visited in the two days inbetween the rain, and when it started coming out.
