I have a 2003 Jeep liberty. I recently bought some 18” x 7 1/2 Jeep wheels I want to install them. What size tires should I get in order to prevent rubbing?

225-60-18 is the cloest to originl dia and width to fit a 6-8 wide wheel

Do you have a lift? If so for best looks / stance I would go with a 245/65R18. At 30.5" overall diameter you'd get occasional minor fender liner rubbing. If you can't stand any rubbing 245/60R18 would work and in my opinion would look better than the 225s. I'd search for images of Liberties with 18" wheels (especially the ones you bought) - it really ***** when you invest a bunch of money in a wheel tire package and you hate how it looks so do your homework.

Do you know the offset or backspacing of the wheels you bought? Or have you test fit them? I think the best stance is where the outside surface of the wheels are about in line with the outer lip of the wheel arch. You'll probably be fine but if the offset / backspacing is way off you could get rubbing on the springs or some other hardware which would be bad.
