Valve body question

Having a problem where overdrive grabs but slips before I pull ******
I removed valve body to make sure it wasn't a bad accumator plate but upon removal I seen it said "transgo" so I assume its aftermarket? Also if u look at pics the one piston is different is does not have a thing in spring like others is that normal?

I don't know much about the ****** but I do remember hearing about a TransGo shift kit. I think this is it:

TransGo 604, 606, and 40/41TE: SK 604

...then again that part doesn't seem to be pictured in the link above.
