still a couple of refinements to do yet

That does look like a good idea. I'm still in the process of fabricating a radio bezel to fit my stereo and a CB in it. Maybe if I ever finish that project I'll look into something like this as well.

I'll definitely post pics when I'm done. Can't guarantee it'll be very soon though. Got a lot of projects going on at once, and that one kind of got pushed to the back burner for now.
