stock bumper question

I've got my bumper off and sitting here...thinking about cutting it while i bedline since its already off...can anyone tell me if i can get rid of this plastic...its just sitting here?

That's what I was thinking as well. Maybe I just wont cut it, and I'll have more lights by keeping my fogs and then adding some more front ones lol
