When I start the car when it's cold, the engine will start with no problem. But when the engine is warm or hot, it will not start. So I have to wait 15 or 20 minutes for it to cool down, and then it will start with out a problem. I assume that I may have a bad starter, so I checked it out and saw that the postivite red cable attached to the starter cable is melted. I have a picture attached, so what possibility is it that the wire is bad instead of the starter?
