I recently bought a 2006 Jeep liberty. When doing my oil change I noticed rust on part of the suspension. Does this look like an issue? Should I just take a wire brush to it?

I attached the images

That's the clevis. As long as it is solid it should be fine. Feel free to wire brush and paint :)
