Rust Already?

I noticed some rust bubbles on the bottom of the door panels. They're about the size if a quarter to a silver dollar. They're not soft yet but I was wondering if other members have anything similar. It's a 2004 KJ.

Yes I had this problem but I fixed the problem for ever by grinding down the rust and treating it with POR 15.
