Rocker-panel cover - Makeover?

How did you remove them? Was is difficult?

That really does not look that bad. After all it is a 4x4 and will include some dings/scratches
I am thinking a rubbing compound & wax/polishing would do the trick.
I suppose it depends how concerned or meticulous you want to get.

They are held by plastic rivet/push pin deals. Used a plastic pry bar set from harbor freight to get them off.

I just pulled them off by hand; it wasn't to difficult. When I removed mine, I discovered a nice huge dent underneath.

Yeah,had a few dents under mine also.
