I had damage to my front crossmember and want to replace the part so I can get around to installing my grill guard
I am thinking of pulling the part from one at the local pick n pull
How difficult is it?Am I going to need to saw through anything?

It's not so much what you saw but what you drill, the front cross member is held in place by a couple of dozen spot welds onto the front frame rails. If you are at a salvage yard and they let you then, yeah you can saw it off the frame rails and remove the spot welds later when you get home. I am just about to do "A HOW TO" to replace a cross member on a 03 liberty Sport that was damaged.
