Didn't want silver when I found my KJ, but I've become rather fond of it. :)

I didn't either. Same deal here, then I ended up buying a 2nd silver vehicle, and grew to HATE silver shortly thereafter.

... then again, my red KJ was good to me.
... silver Jeep... questionable
... silver Dodge... absolute piece of garbage
... red WK ... even better than the red KJ

So maybe I just hate silver due to the bad luck I had :p

ThunderbirdJunkie's dad has never had good luck with vehicles that weren't either red, or Fords.
The best cars his dad has had were red Fords.

This can be proven, and its super creepy how factual it is.

Same thing here with the Durango....wanted Black at first....but couldn't pass up the deal on mine. Still not very fond about it....but next vehicle will be a color with depth.

That'd be fine for you because you LOVE to clean your vehicles. ;)

Don't get me wrong, some quality time with the KJ is appreciated, but I don't want to be out there washing and waxing it nonstop.
