I need to change my suspension (200000KM). I did a bit of research and I'm thinking of getting the OME kit (Struts, shocks, frt & rr springs), medium. Stock bumper. No winch. The kit sells for 750US.

Is this a good kit?
Anybody use this exact kit?
Any suggestions?

Thx. Pat

OME + Rancho can be had cheaper (if you can get the RSX Rancho still).

From what I hear....

OME = softer
RSX = firmer

So, matter of preference.

I run HD OME front springs and Rusty's rear springs with OME shocks on all 4 corners....it's a good set up. I would like to try Rancho's next time I do suspension replacement though, see if they are any better.

OME med. with rancho's up front and OME shocks out back
this was on our DD for 3 years and we took several long trips
in it
this set up will give you room for 245/75's on OE wheels
with minimal trimming
I also ran 255/70's on OE wheels with the same trimming

After my wedding the 17505s (discontinued rancho front struts) I have sitting in the bedroom are going on. I got a different brand of rear shocks at a good price so I am going to continue using those.

I believe the rancho shocks also have a lifetime warranty (someone please correct me if I am wrong).
