Got a P0513 code in my odometer, this is what it says, what does it mean?
Is it simply from when I made a couple spare non-electronic keys?
P0513-invalid Skim Key .
P0513-skim System Invalid Key Code Received
P0513-skim System Read Access To Eeprom Failure.

OK thanks. It runs fine, no problems, I just check the codes once in a while.

Did you use any of them to start it?

Possibly. I mostly made them for extra's for the door, but might have tried it in the ignition too.

I guess I can just unhook the negative battery cable and it will reset?

I did the exact same thing on a different chrysler product. same result too... angry "code" about the non-chipped key that went away after I pulled the master fuse for a while.

I was once told though, be careful when using your non-chipped copy in the ignition. Supposedly you can actually piss off the SKIM system enough that it'll semi-permanently shut down the car until the dealer "unlocks" it. I don't know if it's true or not but i certainly wasn't going to experiment to find out. :D In the door(s) you should be fine.

Good to know! I only tried them to see if it would work in an emergency.
