Odd random coincidences

Hi how's about some odd random coincidences that you've possibly came across e.g I did have a misfire that would surface at about 1500 rpm when I was on a medium throttle I.e when accelerating but a couple o weeks ago I changed my rear diff oil and the misfire has gone. No connection obviously between the 2 but let's see if anyone has had other things that have happened to them.
