I was in walmart today doing my usual check of the detailing isle when I saw this sitting out in the middle of the isle! I cant believe it!! According to the megs forum, this stuff shouldnt of been out till January but they had it! It came in a 7piece kit that in itself is one heck of a deal. It would be twice as much if you bought the stuff separate. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!

Maybe I can get one of my kids to get it for me for Christmas. They're certainly NOT going to get me the 60" Plasma I asked for .

Not really. It takes the wax longer to haze and such, but I couldnt resist just trying it on half of the hood.

I have way to much detailing stuff.. Its really getting out of hand and Christmas is not even here yet!?!

haha, funny that you say that, some people on the detailing forums cannot find it at their walmart so I went to see how much it would be to ship it. One thing, everywhere I went was worried that they couldnt ship it b/c it was may catch on fire. Wax will not burn.

Either way, USPS wanted $15 and UPS wanted $20! Thats just insane to ship a small box given I can ship a tire for $20 through Fed-ex. To bad we dont have any Fed-Ex stations around here.. Or none that I know of at least.

There are about 5 others around the area that I will check on.
Was this a regular Wal-Mart or one of the super stores?

Dang jeepjeepster, you went to a Wal-Mart and came away with only 1 item? I always find 5 or 6 things minimum when I go . It's the same with Home Depot too.

There seems like there is always something they have that I need....or might need someday. And cheap too.

haha, I paid for that with cash. I had a bunch of other stuff but I pay for that with a bank card that is for school stuff(I was getting food).

Well, I did find a Meguiar's kit at Target. It wasn't the same one that you found Blake, but it did have about 7 different products in it. It comes in some kind of wooden box....not so great, and costs $30.

I decided against the Target one cause I like the stuff that the one you found comes with. I don't think this one has NXTv2.0, but it has the original one.

All our Wal-Marts around here have a Armor-All kit, but I don't think so.
It looks to be the equivalent to the Meguiar's kit...just not as good.

Oh well, maybe we'll see it sometime later.

I use Meguirs NXT and their quick detailer, and like them both, but the NXT doesn't have staying power. That's okay, the stuff goes on and comes off so easy, that I don't mind waxing more often....

Yea, this new NXTv2 says its lasts twice as long. Thats the complaint that everyone had, 'it didnt last long,' so hopefully they fixed that.

It isnt supposed to be out till January and wont be other than these kits.
