Not sure what to check next

Last night the blower and the turn signals stopped working but all of the fuses seem to be good?

do you keep a keychain on your car key? sometimes if the ignition switch is stressed or worn it wont send correct signal that the power should be engaged for accessories that run only when engine is on, could try wiggling the key a bit and see if they power on

Did you check fuses in engine compartment, as well as those on side of dash? Some of the fuses in the engine space have several fuses in passenger compartment connected to that one fuse.
