Leaky seal / not sure

Hi everyone! Can anyone please help me identify the source of this leak? It’s a seal in the front, I don’t know what I’m looking for.
I’m trying to learn and fix my car myself and avoid the dealership as much as possible
Please, anyone, a code or just a name to start my search.
Also if anyone has the link to the vehicle manual ( the one with pictures of everything and codes) I’d appreciate a download link. My model is Cherokee 2003 2.8 CRD

I've attached a photo of the pinion seal for reference.
It's unclear whether the pinion seal is broken, though.

That looks like the rear output seal on the transfer case.

Thank you! I got a new seal, just need to replace it.

That looks like the rear output seal on the transfer case.

Pinion seal? If so, I ordered a replacement just need to take the car in to a mechanic and get it fixed after new years (I don’t think I can do this one myself.. )

Hi!

It is the front diff seal that is leaking, had the same problem. Part nr 5066 052AA (2005 CRD 2.8 though).
