Remanned long blocks run around $2500 depending on core charge and shipping. I've seen rebuilts running around $1900.

Then add on labor (if paying someone else to do work.) If you're doing it then add on a couple hundred $'s for fluids, maybe new serpentine belt, miscellaneous stuff that always needs replacing once you get in there.
