13 to 22 is the typical range

mine ranges 14 to 19 with very little left stock including engine components, weighted like a pig, with 245-75-16 m/t's and 3.73s

there's simply not a big difference regardless of the set up

Mine ***** too (mileage that is), but it's so much fun. My last highway trip averaged about 19mpg, with lift, skids, fat tires, ARB and winch, read HEAVY. If I was allowed to go faster than 60mph it might get better. Seems the KJ is happiest at about 75ish in OD with auto/3.73 combo.

Hey Rev Mudd, what kinda doodad is that you have on the dash that monitors all the cool stuff?

I get 17.5 avg mpg, being a lead-footed accelerator. The conservative wife gets 14.5 avg mpg. She does more in-town. I do 50/50 hwy/city. My intantanious is 21-22 mpg on the hwy and 14-15 mpg city.

Mostly, i just love not caring what mpg I get. I did the math. Cost of ownership is not much different for me at 17.5 mpg or 25 mpg (about $80 USD a month).

I get about 16 mpg city and 20 mpg highway on mine. I'm running BFG Long Trail Tours filled with nitrogen, so not spinning much weight compared to some of you on here.

I get to use crappy gas, so 13-15mpg with mixed driving is my average. I managed 19.8 mpg in Utah one time, all highway. That is my best so far.

Lifted, mud tires, 3.73 gears, etc.

Mine seems to run 17 in the city and 20 on the highway. My Honda CRV gets 20 city and 27 highway, but I had rather drive the Jeep. Much more fun and I can go pretty much anywhere I want. \\:D/

OME Lift
255 70 16 Firestone Destination AT tires
All Mopar skids except for no ****** skid
Lots of recovery gear in back (straps, chains, etc.)

Isn't that the optional tire size on the door sticker? (Limited, etc.) Still stock.

Me, all stock except K&N drop-in. Worse 14.93 mpg, best 23.7 mpg. Last time I did an overall average calculation since new was in Nov. 2009, 18.22 mpg. I think that was over 67,000 miles.

TJKJ, It's clear you know how to drive for MPG, it's freaky for the mods you have, LOL!

Id say I average around 17mpg all around. Sometimes it will go up to 18-19 on the hw but its not getting any better than that with the hilly terrain around here. Whats sad is our Hemi gets the same mpg as my liberty if you drive it conservatively.

The faster I go in my liberty the lower the mpg get. Ill get over 20 at speeds below 60mph but at 75+ it drops to 17 pretty quick.
