mounting switches in the headliner...

I don't have a sunroof. I was looking at the headliner today and noticed the front dome light has a nice angled surface to it. has anyone tried mounting control switches there for lights? if so please post pictures.

No, no photo's of switches up there...
Although you do have a great idea sota!
You could use micro switches for your application.
They would take up very little space, look ultra clean and discrete!
Heck, most people wouldn't even notice them up there.
Great idea!

was kind of hoping to run something like those semi-custom silkscreened switches someone posted a while back. I'd like them marked like that if possible. when the time comes i'll take some pics and measurements. maybe I'll see about getting another headliner and making the bump out extend back a bit more to make some room.
