I built this hitch for my 06 KJ. Minor bumper trimming, sits up tight with the frame. Made out of 2x2x1/4 tubing and 2x2x1/4 angle iron.

Have used it plenty times for recovery. It isn't pretty but you don't see it much.

Dimensions:
Width of bolt holes ~ 30 1/4 inch
Spacing of bolt holes ~ 2 1/4 inch
Height of entire unit ~ 4 3/4 inch

Includes mounting hardware
