jeep liberty 2004 A/C Compressor Noise

I have a jeep liberty 2004 3.7 the compressor has a noise that happens over the 10.000RPM and now not getting cold enough

Is the compressor clutch engaging properly?

Mine was doing that when it was overfilled. After taking it to be vac'd and refilled everything was good. The a/c guy said when u top off with those diy kits, you get too much oil and not enough freon, or vice versa. Without getting it vac'd you really don't know what/how much you have in there. I'd go get it checked to be on the safe side. Things get a little wonky when your freon and oil is high/low

I'm guessing the guage drops to the blue when the compressor kicks in, and goes back to the red when it kicks off?
